INTRODUCTION

Innovation is simply a new idea, device or method. It is viewed as the application of better solution that meet new requirements inarticulate need or existing needs innovation is the process of meeting change to something better and new.

Innovative work helps a teacher to teach lesson easily. The role of innovative work is very important in commerce. In order to teach a lesson innovatively, teacher must use a lot of pictures, games and videos. In teaching process, the role of innovative work is one of the effective lesson easily and for easy revisions.

 

REPORT

A work of innovation was done by means of the Bed curriculum. The present innovative work is from the chapter “Principles of management”. This work aims at equipping future teacher to transact the learning materials and experiences innovatively and creativity to ensure the active participation of learners in the learning process acquiring interest in them.

Innovative work is an attempt to provide revision of this chapter through interesting method. Here, I tried my level best to make the session more interesting, to that the students do not feel tired. Therefore, I believed that this work will help the students to understand the concept “Principles of management”. Innovation almost always motives hard work, persistence and perseverance are necessary as many good ideas never get followed through and developed.

 

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The main aim was to prepare a creative innovative work for the effective transaction of the concept “Principles of management”. The purpose of innovative work is to come up with new ideas and technology that increases productivity and generate greater output with same input.

·   To make use of innovative work for easy and effective transaction of the concept of “Principles of management”
·       To encourage students learning process and make it interesting through visual aids.
·       To develop students to memories the concept and avoid confusion.

INNOVATIVE WORK

My innovative work is SNAKE AND LADDER for learning “Principles of management” in the XII Standard NCERT textbook. Students have to learn about the principles of management. The Snake and Ladder includes the content,

·       Meaning of principles of management

·       Features of principles of management

·       Importance principles of management

·       Taylor's Scientific Mnagement

·       Fayol's principles of management

·       Fayol Vs Taylor

·     

PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT - SNAKE AND LADDER 

The snake and ladder board helps students to know more about principles of management. The students has attracted to learn more about the topic using this work. I made the snake and ladder model by a chart paper. As similar to the game ,there is hundred small boxes which is numbered as 1,2,3...100 respectively.And there are some snakes and ladders in some of the boxes which I made by colour paper and tooth picks.I circulated the model to the students.Students are well known about this game.There are some questions I pasted on some sticky notes related to the chapter principles of management.Students have to throw the dice and play the game.When they reach in the box containing the questions,they have to answer them.Then only they can continue the game.

For example box number 2 has a ladder.Once the students reaches on the box number 2 she has to answer the question to climb up the ladder. This happens in the snake boxes too.Once she reached on the snake box, if she could answer the question she won't fall down.

It is more beneficiary work to the students for learn easily about principles of management through playway method.  This work mainly focus about different aspects of principles of management.

Students can learn Principles of Management more interestingly.

 

CLASSROOM IMPLICATION

SNAKE AND LADDER  can be used as a support tool to complement traditional teaching methods to improve the learning experiences of learners. In this model, students are easily understand different aspect of principles of management. This is faster way of learning and easier way of memorizing concepts. 

And almost all students love playing games,especially snake and ladder.So they can learn the chapter more interestingly as playing snake and ladder game.

Through this innovative skills and gain the self confidence required to engage in new experiences and environment.

 

 

CONCLUSION

Innovative teaching is necessary for present and future of education to help students to reach their full potential. The concrete learning over the abstract learning will happen through innovative works. Preparing innovative work makes to enhance the teachers potential also. Innovative teaching. Learning aids will increase the thinking skill of teachers are will as students. Innovative works helps to teachers to simplify their teaching skills.

My innovative work gave a new experience to teach Infront of my students. I feel very glad that my innovative work lead to a success in teaching learning process. Learners were  more interested in creative thinking after seen my work.
